Good day to you & welcome back from your vacation...
First of all, I would like to apologise to you for not turning up for the BBQ, really, so much things going on.... looking forward for the next one ok!

As promised, I'll put up the Project 3 for those who need.

Bascially, P3 is a complete business plan, many items you've already done in your P1 & P2. (you can extract from there!) Below are the new things to be included:

Corporate Structure
o Management team.
o Legal structure.
o Ownership.
o Support services.

Financial Plan
o Level of present financing.
o Accounting and financial analysis:
• Sales forecast;
• Cashflow forecast;
• Breakeven analysis;
• Profit-and-loss projection.
o Financing business expansion and alternative methods of financing the business.

Executive Summary
o Identification of salient points
o Organization of salient points
