Help needed! Do anyone know what is support services?

It is a topic by project 3 that must do 1 . i had searched the net but find no clue about it. do anyone know what is support service mean? please explain.

Support Services refer to the kinds of 'support serice' that your company will supply or provide...

For example, I'm selling hand phone, the support services that I can provide is that in addition to just selling the hand phone, I provide after-sale services such as, if they have any problem with the usage or whatever, they can come back to me for help. or may be hotline service is another one that I can think of...
